Common Questions
How do I start selling?

Create a free account, set up your store, upload your products and share your store link. It takes less than 5 minutes.

How do I get paid?

Add your bank details in Store Settings → Bank & Payouts. Earnings from each sale are credited to your SellsAdvantage account and you can withdraw at any time.

My payment didn't go through — what do I do?

Please contact us with your payment reference number and we'll resolve it within one business day.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Go to your seller dashboard → Subscription to change your plan at any time.

I bought a product but didn't get the download link.

Once you buy a product, you get the link to Download the product in the Thank you page. Also It can also be sent to your email. So check your inbox, spam/junk folder first. If the email isn't there, contact us with your order reference and we'll cantact your seller.
