Customer Relationship Officer
Customer Success Remote — Nigeria Full Time
SellsAdvantage is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer to be the primary point of contact for the shop owners, pharmacies, supermarkets, and wholesalers who use our platform every day.
You'll own the relationship after signup — helping new businesses get set up during their free trial, answering questions that come in through our support inbox, in-app messages, and WhatsApp, and making sure customers feel confident using SellsAdvantage to run their business day to day.
This is a highly people-facing role. You'll spend most of your day talking to real business owners — many of whom are not naturally tech-savvy — so patience, clarity, and genuinely wanting to help matter more than technical depth.
Excellent spoken and written English (a local Nigerian language is a plus)
Strong, patient communication style — comfortable explaining software to non-technical users
Prior experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar front-facing role
Comfortable working across WhatsApp, email, and basic office/support software
Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/smartphone
Sales & Business Development Remote — Nigeria (Work from anywhere) Contract

As an Agent, you introduce business owners in your network to SellsAdvantage. When they sign up and subscribe, you earn commission automatically — for as long as they stay subscribed. There's no cap on how much you can earn, and no cost to join.
This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity you can run alongside your existing work — perfect for people who already move in circles with retailers, wholesalers, or small business owners.
An existing network of shop owners, retailers, or wholesalers — or the ability to build one
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Good communication skills — able to explain the product simply
