SellsAdvantage ("we", "us", "our") is a digital product marketplace platform operated in Nigeria that enables independent sellers ("Sellers") to create online storefronts and sell digital products to buyers ("Buyers") worldwide. The platform is accessible at https://sellsadvantage.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all use of the SellsAdvantage website, seller dashboard, buyer checkout, AI tools, referral system, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.
To sell on SellsAdvantage, you must create a seller account by providing your full name, email address, phone number, and business/store name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Upon registration, a unique store URL (sellsadvantage.com/your-store-slug) is reserved for you. Store slugs must be unique, appropriate, and must not infringe any third-party trademarks or intellectual property rights.
You agree to keep your account information — including bank account details for payouts — accurate and up to date. SellsAdvantage is not liable for misdirected payments resulting from incorrect account details provided by you.
Each individual or business entity may maintain only one active seller account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, fees, or plan limits is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
You may sell digital products including but not limited to: ebooks, PDF guides, document templates, spreadsheet templates, audio files, video courses, software, graphic assets, and zip bundles of digital content.

All product titles, descriptions, cover images, and store content must be accurate, original (or properly licensed), and not misleading. SellsAdvantage reserves the right to remove any product or content that violates these standards without prior notice.
Uploaded product files must match the product type and description shown to buyers. Delivering a different file than what was described or advertised constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.
You set the price for your products in Nigerian Naira (NGN). You may update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already-completed purchases.
SellsAdvantage deducts a platform fee from each sale based on your subscription plan:
The platform fee is deducted automatically. You receive the net amount (sale price minus platform fee) as your seller earnings.
All buyer payments are processed through our secure payment infrastructure. Payment processing fees charged by the payment processor are separate from our platform fee and may apply to buyers at checkout.
Seller earnings are credited to your SellsAdvantage account after each successful sale. Payouts to your nominated bank account are processed upon request. SellsAdvantage does not guarantee a specific payout timeline and reserves the right to withhold payouts pending fraud investigations or disputes.
Due to the digital nature of products on this platform, all sales are generally final. Sellers may, at their discretion, offer refunds. SellsAdvantage may facilitate a refund in cases of proven fraud, non-delivery, or content that materially misrepresents the product. In such cases, the platform fee will not be refunded to the seller.
SellsAdvantage offers three subscription plans: Free, Most Popular, and Pro. Plan features, product limits, platform fees, and AI credit allocations are as described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your seller dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
If you downgrade to a lower plan, features, product slots, and AI credits will be adjusted to match the new plan at the start of the next billing cycle. Products exceeding the new plan's limit will be hidden from your store until you either upgrade or delete excess products.
If a subscription payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits used to generate product descriptions, store taglines, and business descriptions. Credits are consumed per generation action and do not roll over to the next billing period.
Content generated by the AI tools is provided as a starting point and may require editing before publication. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publishing it on your store. SellsAdvantage makes no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content.
Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced within your account is considered your content. However, similar content may be generated for other users. SellsAdvantage does not warrant exclusivity of AI outputs.
AI credits are deducted only upon successful generation. Credits will not be refunded if you choose not to use the generated content.
Each registered seller receives a unique referral code and link. When a new seller registers using your referral link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a commission as follows: ₦1,500 for a Most Popular plan subscription and ₦5,000 for a Pro plan subscription. No commission is earned for Free plan signups.
Referral commissions are accumulated in your account. You may request a payout once your unpaid balance reaches ₦5,000. Payouts are processed manually within 2–3 business days of a valid request.
The following referral activities are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all commissions and account suspension:
SellsAdvantage reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice. Earned and unpaid commissions will be honoured for 90 days following any programme discontinuation.
Buyers purchase digital products directly from sellers on the Platform. SellsAdvantage acts as the platform facilitating the transaction but is not the seller of record. Each product purchase generates a secure, time-limited download link delivered to the buyer's email. Download links expire after a set number of attempts or time period as configured by the platform.
SellsAdvantage does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any product sold by sellers on the Platform. Buyers' recourse for unsatisfactory products lies primarily with the individual seller.
All users of the Platform agree not to:
SellsAdvantage and its underlying technology, design, trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of SellsAdvantage and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the digital products and content you upload to the Platform. By listing your products on SellsAdvantage, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, host, and deliver your products to buyers for the purpose of operating the Platform.
SellsAdvantage respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on our Platform, please contact us at support@sellsadvantage.com with sufficient details to investigate the claim. We will respond to valid takedown notices promptly.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELLSADVANTAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLSADVANTAGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO SELLSADVANTAGE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SellsAdvantage reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Platform, other users, or our business.
Upon termination, your store will be taken offline, your products will no longer be accessible to buyers, and any unpaid earnings subject to active fraud investigations may be withheld. You may request an export of your product data within 30 days of termination.
You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@sellsadvantage.com.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
